Tuna Güven – Founder & General Manager

Tuna Güven has over 25 years of international experience in the construction, pipe, flat steel, heavy industry, and energy sectors, holding senior executive positions in global and foreign-partnered Turkish companies. He has been active in numerous international markets, including Germany, Croatia, Macedonia, Russia, Slovenia, and Turkey.

He has taken on executive roles in holding, telecommunications, heavy industry, pipe, flat steel, automotive, machinery, and construction sectors; led organizational transformations; developed and build renewable energy portfolios; and provided consultancy to shareholders and boards on profitable growth, operational efficiency, second- and third-generation succession, corporate change management, and leadership programs.

Since 2008, he has contributed to the development of the industry and its regulatory framework as a Board Member of the Turkish Wind Energy Association.

In 2024, he founded Getonport to deliver tailor-made solutions in renewable energy, technology, and profitable growth.

He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, an M.Sc. in Accounting & Finance from Marmara University, a Caterpillar USA Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Borusan Holding Black Belt, and Wind Turbine D and C Level certifications. He is married and a father of two.
