Erman Çelenk- Investment Director

Erman Çelenk graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2003. He began his career at Gap İnşaat, leading automation and electrical groups for large-scale industrial projects in Turkmenistan, where he developed deep expertise in the energy and heavy industry sectors.

Throughout his professional career of more than 20 years, he has held critical roles in global companies such as ABB, Çalık Enerji, and Rönesans. As an EPC Project Manager at Çalık Enerji, he managed the end-to-end processes of numerous power plants and infrastructure projects in Turkmenistan, notable for their budgets and capacities. During this period, he also oversaw the electrical construction processes of mega projects, such as the International Turkmenbashi Seaport Project.

In the recent stage of his career, Çelenk continued his executive leadership roles within Rönesans. Between 2021 and 2023, he served as Business Unit Director at Renaissance Heavy Industries in Russia, leading mining and metallurgy projects. Subsequently, he served as Project Director for the Ceyhan Polypropylene (PP) Production Plant and Terminal Project within Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri.

Expert in budget management, strategic planning, and multinational team leadership in international projects, Erman Çelenk is fluent in English and has an intermediate command of Russian. He is a member of the Chamber of Electrical Engineers. He is married and father of one child.
